Every subscription includes roadside assistance for maintenance-related issues like flat tires, mechanical breakdowns, and lockouts. Issues caused by negligent use, including fully depleting the battery, are not covered.

You may use your own personal auto insurance at no additional cost if you have active coverage. Eon also offers optional protection plans that include collision, liability, and additional coverage. All available options and pricing are shown during booking.
Billing for your Tesla monthly subscription is clear and straightforward. You'll receive a bill based on the terms of your plan with no hidden fees. The Tesla subscription price you agreed to is what you’ll pay, with all costs clearly outlined during signup.
You can cancel anytime with advance notice. Weekly subscriptions require 7 days notice. Monthly and 6-month plans require 15 days notice. Cancellations without required notice incur a $99 short-notice fee. If you end a 6-month plan early, pricing reverts to the monthly rate.
Monthly subscriptions start at 1,000 miles per month. Additional miles are $0.50 each for subscribers ($0.85 for daily rentals). You can upgrade your mileage tier during booking or contact us before your next billing period to adjust.
