Once approved, we’ll authorize your deposit 24 hours before the rental. One hour before your trip, you’ll get pick-up instructions. Just follow them, unlock your car, and go! You can opt for pickup or have the EV rental delivered. Returning is just as easy—drop it off at a designated spot or arrange for pickup. Our support team is here to help anytime.
