Easy! Just hit the "Book Now" button, select your city, times, and vehicle, and book! From there you'll receive a link to confirm your information - once approved, we authorize your deposit 24 hours before the rental and then you will receive the pickup instructions 1 hour before your trip starts. With the instructions, you can get to your car and go.
Every rental includes 300 miles per day for free, and after that, it's $0.85 per mile. Miles are counted as the total of your trip, so a 3-day trip has 900 free miles.
You can use any of the thousands of Tesla superchargers located throughout the city and along the highways. The car will display their locations on the map and provide you with a route to reach them on your way to your destination. We also provide charging cables and adapters for situations where supercharging is not available.
Don't worry! Every rental comes with a quick and efficient check-in process that provides all the information you need to know before you start. And if you need assistance, you'll be connected with a dedicated agent who you can call or text anytime during your trip.
Most credit cards that offer rental coverage will work for you, but some have exclusions for Teslas and other high-end vehicles. If you're unsure, you can always book with the card. When prompted to upload your insurance information, we'll let you know if your card doesn't cover the rental. If not, you can cancel for free or just add our coverage!
