What's included in my subscription?

Every subscription includes roadside assistance for maintenance-related issues like flat tires, mechanical breakdowns, and lockouts. Issues caused by negligent use, including fully depleting the battery, are not covered.

What are the benefits of a subscription compared to buying or leasing a car?

A subscription eliminates the hassle of ownership. There’s no registration, maintenance, financing, or down payment, and you are not locked into a long-term loan or lease. When you’re done, you can simply return the car.

What happens if I need to end my subscription?

You can cancel anytime with advance notice - weekly subscriptions require at least 7 days’ notice, monthly and 6+ month subscriptions require at least 15 days’ notice.

If you are on a 6+ month plan and end the subscription before the first six months, your pricing will revert to the monthly rate and the difference will be deducted from your deposit. Cancellations made without the required notice will incur a $99 short-notice cancellation fee.

Do you deliver the car to my door for weekly subscriptions?

Free delivery up to 10 miles is only included for monthly and 6-month subscriptions. Weekly subscriptions require pickup from the vehicle’s home base.

What insurance coverage is included?

You may use your own personal auto insurance at no additional cost, if you have active coverage. We also offer optional protection plans that include collision, liability, and additional coverage. All available options and pricing are clearly shown during booking.

How many miles do I get each month?

You choose your monthly mileage during booking. If you need to change it, just let us know before your next billing period begins.

Can I change my car out to another one each month?

Of course! As long as vehicles are available, you can switch cars at the end of each weekly or monthly period.

Can I add an additional driver?

Yes. You can add up to two additional drivers at no cost. Anyone who will drive the vehicle must be added before driving.

How often will I be billed?

You’ll be billed weekly or monthly, three days before the start of your next billing period.

Is a security deposit required?

Yes. The deposit varies depending on subscription length and is clearly shown while booking. The deposit is fully refunded after the vehicle is returned safely and all outstanding charges are settled.

What is the initiation fee?

The initiation fee is a one-time administrative fee charged with your first billing period. It is non-refundable, even if the subscription is canceled or completed.

Are there any other hidden costs or fees I should be aware of?

What you see is what you get, all taxes and fees are included in the price. You are responsible for tolls, additional mileage, and supercharging costs incurred during your trip, which are billed at the end of each period.

What happens if I stop paying for my use or run out of funds?

If you can no longer continue your subscription, simply return the vehicle. Any outstanding charges will be deducted from your deposit, and the remainder will be returned. If the vehicle is not returned, remote access may be disabled and legal action may be taken.
